From the melody of a built-in music box of an old, non-electronic exercise bike of 1990s. I don't remember its brand, but I remeber it had two black flower-shaped knobs on the middle of its front part, below the dashboard, one for winding up the music box. The music box had longer sustain of certain notes, so MusicBoxManiacs' tool isn't capable to fully reproduce the original melody.
