I certainly wouldn't want some random company using my original music without my permission.
I verified I am not using your tracks in a personal non commercial app I am posting on google play. Also I think I will be fine to use tracks (not original music, but music box versions of popular music) based on this under [suspicious link] :
"Rights you grant usYou grant Music Box Maniacs a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, perpetual (or, in jurisdictions where this is not permitted, for a term equal to the duration of the Agreements plus twenty (20) years), irrevocable, fully paid, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, make available to the public (e.g. perform or display), publish, translate, modify, create derivative works from, and distribute any of your User Content in connection with the Service through any medium, whether alone or in combination with other content or materials, in any manner and by any means, method or technology, whether now known or hereafter created. The approximate location is automatically added to user profile page during registration and is publicly available. You can always change or hide your location by editing your profile."
Hi Anubha,You need to get permission from the author (dewdrop), no matter it is for commercial use or not. MBM only grants permission on the functions provided by the website, and the copyright is still belong to the original author.
Thank you for clarification, will ask permissions from authors then.
