HELP!!!

Hi,

I am in the middle of a project - i am trying to build a jewellery music box for the woman in leu of my own heart.

Anyways... so I wanted to have my music box mechanism play MCR's smash 2004 hit "Helena" and I have luckily found some genius on this website that has it uploaded.

HOWEVER, i am actually quite thick and I dont understand how to punch in the holes on the score, by using the MIDI score attached to the file on this website.

For reference, my music score sheets for the machine (30 note) goes like this (in chronological order)

C D G A B C1 D1 E1 F1 F#1 G1 G#1 A1 A#1 B1 C#2 C2 (yes they are the other way round this time) D#2 D2 E2 F2 F#2 G2 G#2 A2 A#2 B2 C3 D3 E3

This is left to right going up/down/up/down
