Hi guys! So i recently input a song into the online music box melody editor and i noticed some red 'X's ; i understand that those are repetitive notes positioned too close to each other and music boxes may not be able to play them. But is there a way to rectify it? like changing its position but simultaneously not affecting its melody etc? I do not have any music background so I'm quite confused and do not know how to make it work. Would really appreciate any help!! Thank you in advance!
I believe you have 2 options: - add or subtract an octave to one of the 2 notes (like c4 - c4 becomes c3 - c4) - or you do it the hard way: double the tempo of the song in the settings and rewrite it completely with double the spacings in between the notes
Alexander mentioned using the same note an octave away. Also, any other note between the repeating notes will help, so if you have some arpeggio accompaniment going on, stick a chord tone between and it should work.
