After disassembling it to clean its parts and putting it back together afterwards, my music box makes a buzzing sound now whenever it plays notes. I think it might be coming from the comb...? Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?
On the little sound bars there are small pieces of plastic glued on. In case you removed or kinked them that might be the reason. The plastic elements prevents unwanted contact between the levers, that plays the notes, and the vibrating sound bar.
Ahh, I see! I noticed those little pieces on plastic on the comb bars, but I thought that it wouldn't be a good idea to take them off so I just left them on the comb. I was seriously thinking of taking them off though, so thank you for telling me to keep them on. I did wash the comb, so I'm wondering if that caused any problems? Though looking back at it, it might be that I might've reassembled the levers and comb incorrectly, so I'll try to fix that, again thank you for your help.
Another idea: The comb might be to close to the axis with the levers. When you loose the screws you can move the comb in a position so that all the levers are touching the sound bars just slightly when they´re rotated.
Ah, it worked! It turns out that the levers moving from the hole punched sheet songs isn't as forceful on the comb as moving the levers by hand, which is why I was so confused when I tried adjusting the combs to only touch the top of the levers and testing what it sounded like by moving the levers with my finger, which made it vibrate with the buzzing noise, then to later find out the music box sounded fine with no intense buzzing when it went through the hole punched paper. Again, thanks for the help! I'll definitely keep this in mind in the future.

I'll try that, thank you!
