Need help with one of the 2 things (custom music for music box)

A.) I have been searching far and wide on services that let me pick a song of my choice that is beyond the business' list of songs, is there such a thing? And if so, may you refer me to them?

B.) If A is not feasible...where can I start to making my own custom made music for music box? Like what items to buy exactly and where I can go to know where I should be punching the holes correctly for the song (provided below)
