Hello, It looks my comment was erased. I use 80g/m2 paper (regular) to print, I align the sections and then tape longitudinally with masking tape, being careful in not overlapping or leaving a gap. I do this in both sides of the paper. Then I cut the final music strap and punch the holes (the tape I use is lightly transparent so I can see where to cut/punch). This way I obtain a strip with the right thickness and strength. I hope it helps.
