Hi everyone! I have a problem with a 30 note music box. After a few uses of a strip it started to slip sometimes from the moving mechanism. Is this common with this type of music boxes? Do anyone have the same problem? Any solutions?
I am having the same problem and have not yet found a solution. I used the standard paper at first but after I printed a sheet and glued it to Bristol . After using that thickness the original size paper would slip
I bought a 50 meter long strip which was a bit thinner than the original and it caused the same slipping problem. I sticked some masking tape on the top roller and it solved the problem.

The only solution would be too add painters tape too make it thicker those plastic rollers wear out pretty fast I guess
I've written how to solve the problem of paper strip slipping on my blog below. Please refer it.
