I'm a newbie, and I was excited, so I accidently overlapped the end part of a strip to the beginning of the next, and now when I try to crank normally, it won't work. THe paper stays and the crank keeps going and makes a clicking noise. Please help!
The smalles plastic gear might be broken. Have a look at it! In this case you can google for "DIY Music Box Gears", there you find copper gears for ~10$. If that is not the case try if any part of the mechanics move. The parts should rotate (obviously) but stay in place. That way you can find out witch part is broken. It might be the bracket of the top barrel, that would explain why the pins are not moving when you´re pulling out the paper. If everything seems fine a video could help me to find out whats wrong!

^^^Adding on, I can pull the strip out easily without it moving the pins at all, and it doesn't make any noise
Try to NOT overlap the song next time.
is there anything i can do to fix it?
