Hello. I've recently bought a Kikkerland 15 from Amazon and I tested out the default song that comes with it, "Happy Birthday". While playing it, I noticed there're certain notes that sound like they're smashing together. If anyone is familiar with the default sheet, would this be a problem with the sheet itself, or the music box? Any help would be much appreciated.

It's probably a problem with the sheet. The first and second time it should play E and C and the third time it should play F, A and F, which are all notes that are played fine at other places of the melody. Maybe the holes are not in the right place (centered on the lines) or don't have the right size. If it doesn't sound the same every time, the problem could be that the sheet doesn't have a fixed position going through the music box, which could be a problem with the sheet (not the right width) or the music box.
Thank you, I've ordered a different music box and it sounds good now. I returned the previous one prematurely without looking for the reason it was faulty (either the paper or box), but I'm glad I got this sorted out.
