A certain someone posted a certain video called "Nightcore - When You Leave (Numa Numa)" on a certain discord server and turned a certain someone into a nightcore listening monster that must now hit the high notes, and fast tempos on a certain music box melody.

I borrowed the first couple notes of [redacted]'s "Hey" melody to make this. Hope you don't mind shorter melodies. Despite trying for way too long, I couldn't think of a way to continue this that I liked. I think it could work well for a victory fanfare or something like that.
For some reason I thought of the hacking sequence in Bioshock where you have to position pipes to the finish
Crimson blood from the fallen knights that came before you stain the tallest tower of the abandoned castle. You were warned to stay away, but the thrill of battle drew you near. Instant fear and regret wash over you as black wings descend from the sky. Some of my melodies immediately sound sour to me after I publish them. I'm glad I can be proud of this one.
Did you guys know that some people are making an opera based on Majora's Mask? It's pretty cool.
I think of Moana. On an unrelated note, some day I'm going to start a thing called music week. Basically one week out of every month I will post a melody every day, but I'm too preoccupied right now.

Cringey story incoming: A mountain climber is trapped in an ice cave with a broken leg. He takes off his pack and lays on his back, waiting for cold to take him. He hears something through the sound of blowing snow. A hopeful sound. Would they know he's here? Helicopter blades are near. He finds a flare gun in his pack and fires it through where he fell. The helicopter rebounds, and the mountain climber's life is saved. When I showed this to my sister she said she was waiting for the bass to drop, but it never did.
Stay away, for all our sakes. Apparently I made this melody June 13 of last year... Huh.

The video sounds better I think. In the interest of adding some spice to this melody, I'll write a description (woah!). So my friend was making a game for the Oregon Game Project Challenge and he was running out of time to finish, so he asked me if I would be interested in writing some music, so I was like "sure." So that's why this exists. It's supposed to be a haunted house type game so... I don't think this sounds haunted housey enough. PS: Does anyone else get the urge to listen to their melodies continuously for hours after they are published? I"m writing this at literally 1 am and I've been listening for hours already.
