This is the leading D note and repeat section of 'Memory' from Cowboy Bebop. There's one note I had to make a consession on, the Db / C# at the start of measure 14, the song goes from Db5 to Db4 here, but there's only one Db on the 30 note music box. I played with some alternates, but couldn't find anything satisfying. This is a loop, so feel free to splice it into a loop. The leading D note should start up right after the last cord.
