He is attempting to compose a musical theme inspired by the Windmill's cyclicality. He loves to "go around and around." Ironically, he is responsible for a time loop that ruins his enjoyment of the Windmill by making it spin faster.

I composed this song on my midi keyboard and had it posted on https://musicboxmaniacs.com/explore/melody/tuxedo-mask-synesthesia-music-box-2_133833/ all in a matter of about 3 minutes time TOTAL lol the speed i can write music now with Synesthesia and ADHD combined sometimes feels like a superpower LMAO! takes me longer to create the video and record the audio than it does for me to actually compose the song itself and i find that slightly fkn bananas. Then i also see sound as geometry in motion. So there is that I suppose.
