So.. It's been almost two years since I last posted a *proper* melody. My latest one was a test for secret shenanigans. But yeah, explanation: Mainly, I lost my motivation. I have quite a bit of mental health issues going on and sometimes they can get worse than usual. Nothing to be concerned about though. I have my meds and my psychologist, so it's all good. It was just meant to be a break, but it ended up becoming one hell of a hiatus. It wasn't just mental stuff though. My other reason for the break was due to all of the bullshit that took place on this site later on. It completely broke my passion and I decided that I wouldn't post or interract with this site until the issues had been resolved. Luckily, the people behind musicboxmaniacs actually really do care, so eventually they got it fixed. Written by Margit Holmberg. Trollmors Vaggvisa ("Troll-mother's Lullaby"..? Yeah..? Yeah.) is by far my favorite lullaby, nursery rhyme, whatever you call it, of all time. It has stuck with me through all of my life and I still love it just as much as when my mother sung it to me. Swedish lyrics: "När trollmor har lagt sina elva små troll.." I guess if you'd like to make your own music box tune, so to speak, you go to the top of the page and press "Create". The rest should be pretty straightforward. I don't know too much about the other stuff you're referring to, since I've never done anything else than posting my own crap here. :P
I hope I understood you right and that the little knowledge I have could be helpful. English isn't my main language you see...

Other than creating your own melody, you have a couple more options.
1. You can submit a melody request and hope somebody will create the melody for you. On the melody requests page, scroll to the bottom. There should be an option that asks you if you want to make a melody request.
2. I know that DiyMusicBox charges a fee to make music boxes for people. You can search his name in the "People" page. There is a link in his profile that takes you to where you can request a melody.

Nah but thats pretty cool. I'd say I'm somewhat fluent in english, although I'm pretty much as swedish as you can get.
